Cancellation Policy

We use a Firm cancellation policy for all reservations. Please review the terms below before booking.
Standard Cancellation Tiers
Within 48 hours of booking
30 or more days before check-in
7–30 days before check-in
Less than 7 days before check-in
Long-Stay Reservations
For reservations of 28 nights or more, a separate cancellation policy applies. The applicable policy will be clearly presented during checkout before you confirm your reservation.
Extenuating Circumstances
In the event of a genuine emergency — such as a government-declared disaster, serious medical emergency, or other extraordinary circumstance beyond your control — please contact us directly at booking@bethelwoodsretreat.com. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
How Refunds Work
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 3–15 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if your schedule is uncertain or if you are booking well in advance. We are not able to issue refunds outside of the policy above for personal circumstances such as illness, work conflicts, or changes in travel plans.
